I rub sun cream in myself whilst in the chair, lifting my lifeless legs to get even coverage. While transferring back into the bed I fall on the tiled floor and struggle to get back on the bed and notice blood on the floor so we do a quick check of my bum and pussy and I put an incontinence pad in my panties to cushion the cut on my pussy. I also want to make sure if I have a bowel accident that it causes minimal mess. I get dressed in a little skirt and vest, get my shoes on and sort myself out ready for a day of sunshine with a towel on my wheelchair to stop my skin sticking to the cushion. A shoe falls off mid route which I soon place back on and we're on our way!

I am paraplegic. Many of the things i do are either done wrong or incorrectly. Doing things the incorrect way is probably what made me paraplegic in the first place. Even though they are probably not correct, i hope my video gives you an idea you might possibly be able to do correctly yourself. Follow these videos at your own risk :) I use a Honeycomb cushion. I haven't had too much major skin breakdown, but i lay on my belly a lot & do long pressure relief lifts.
